Job Summary

All Year Cooling is looking to hire afull-time Residential Service Plumber in the Naples area.

Must have at least 3 years of plumbing experience.

The Residential Service Plumber performs a full-range of basic plumbing repairs and assists with the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing services. The Residential Plumber is also responsible for other related services which may include excavations.

Job Description:

Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
Independently troubleshoot diagnose and repair plumbing issues
Work with various types of piping including PVC CPVC Copper and Cast Iron
Perform water heater replacements and repairs
Address drain stoppages and diagnose slab leaks
Replace fixtures and repair shower valves
Contribute to plumbing remodeling projects
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options and pricing
Complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Job Requirements:

Must have prior plumbing experience
Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
Must possess a valid drivers license in the working state
Must be able to read write understand and speak English
Must be able to move and/or lift at least 60 lbs with ease
Must be able to stand and/or kneel for extended periods of time
Must be able to work a standard weekday schedule with on-call availability as needed
Must pass pre-employment background check motor vehicle report and drug screening
Must be able to maintain equipment tools and company vehicles
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Service Titan experience is a plus!
