Descriptionof Position
The Charter School Financial Professional (Consultant) is a career-oriented position created to enhance the quality of the servicesprovided to clients of Prestige School Solutions. The Consultant is accountable to and receivesdirection from the companys Leadership Consultant works collaboratively with the firms partners and withfellow consultants and data entry personnel.
The position will require a focus onthe quality of the output produced by Prestige School Solutions and includes:
 Knowledge and experience in governmental and/or non-profit accounting
 Overseeing the proper coding of all payrollaccounts payable cash receipts cash disbursements and other accountingtransactions related to assigned charter school clients
ÂCommunicating with assigned charter schoolclients and their agents vendors and employees
ÂOverseeing the timely and proper processing ofall assigned client payroll (and related taxes and insurance transactions) aswell as scheduling payment of accounts receivable
ÂMonitoring client budgets
ÂPreparing monthly financial reports for clientboard members and school managers
ÂMaintaining real-time financial dashboards ofclient schools
ÂAttending client board meetings (virtually) todeliver budget reports and respond to questions from board members.
ÂCreating reviewing and analyzing clientoperating budgets on a monthly basis
ÂFor those clients that are facing budgetshortfalls the Consultant will develop strategies to remedy shortfalls andprovide competent advice and counsel to the client regarding the implementationof said strategies
ÂOther duties as assigned by the LeadershipTeam.

10.Provide constructive input to the SeniorPartners.
11.Provide productive feedback and guidance tocolleagues;
12.Facilitate the audit process for each assignedschool by maintaining accurate and reliable financial records for assignedclient schools;
13.Always speak positively of others with whomthe Consultant works including co-workers and clients even in the face of morechallenging personalities;
14.Contribute to a culture of positivereinforcement encouragement and respect.
These expectations are broadly offeredand broadly defined and will serve as the basis of evaluation of theConsultants job performance.
Accountability
The Consultant will be ultimatelyaccountable to the Supervising Consultant of Prestige School Solutions and willbe evaluated by the same.
Compensation
Base salary range from $50000- $80000 depending upon addition to your base salary benefits include participationin company-sponsored benefit programs bonus and incentive opportunities flexible paid sickand personal leave time participation in company-sponsored 401k being part ofan amazing company culture the ability to work remotely and considerableautonomy.
Education/ExperienceRequirements
The successful candidate will have at least 3-10 years of experience in an accounting bookkeeping finance or banking field andan advanced degree in any of the applied business sciences fields(accounting banking information technology management etc.). Preferred candidates will have a CPA license.
Candidates must be eligible forfidelity bonding (as determined by a satisfactory consumer-credit rating)possess superior customer service and communication skills and have exceptionalattention to detail.
