Description
Faith FMisseeking expressions of interest for afull-timePromotions and Engagement Lead. This role is focused on sharing communicating and strengthening the Gospel of Jesus Christ across Australia. As Promotions and Engagement Leadyoullbe responsible forgrowing listener and church engagement building sponsorship opportunities and developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Youllplay a key role in elevating Faith FMs brand and visibility nationwide helping us fulfill our mission to share the Gospel of Jesus about making a lasting impact and keen to apply your skills in a role that combines purpose with strategic influencewedlove to hear from you.

Skills And Experiences
To be successful in this role we are looking forexpressions ofinterestfroma practicing and committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church who has an active relationship with Jesus Christ and a deep desire for worship and service to God.
In addition to your commitment to our mission you shouldpossessthe following:
Skilled in brand management multi-channel campaigns on-air advertising sponsorships and event promotion.
Trainingin Fundraising Marketing Media or Pastoral/Chaplaincy is highly valued.
Proven success in running fundraising initiatives and advertising campaigns that supportethicalgrowth and sustainability.
Experienced in leading people to Christ fostering spiritual decisions and building strong ties with local church communities.
Effective collaborator with Church leadership at Conference Union and Division levels and confident speaker at major events like Big Camps and Regionals.
Skilled in planning budgeting reportingsettingKPIs and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvement.
Strong written and verbal communicator able to brief presenters support volunteers and represent the station professionally.
Committed to ethical handling of donor and listener data ensuringany information is treated with integrity and infull compliancewith privacy laws/ expectations.
Deep understanding of Church structure and policies across the Union with a current driverslicence Working with Children Check (Employee) andthe ability to obtainAdsafe compliance.
