About the Role:
This is a great FIFO opportunity to work at one of Queenslands largest Gold Mine at a Power Station. You will perform assembly testing repairs and maintenance to plant and equipment on site. This would be a 2/2 roster travel from Brisbane or Carins meals and accommodation are provided. This is a fixed-term role currently expected to run through to end of 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking maintenance & repair of equipment
Ensuring delivery schedules are met in a timely manner
Performing engine diagnosis mechanical repairs and servicing
Inspections and assessments of fleet for damage ensuring the assessment includes scope of repairs and parts
Accurate recording of servicing information and other documentation relevant to the role
Connection and testing of pumping equipment
Mine site dewatering
Undertake servicing installs and repairs in the field
Delivering excellent customer service and championing the NPE brand whilst on site
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
Current C-Class Drivers Licence
Relevant Trade Certification Mechanical or Mechanical Fitting
Undertaking maintenance & repair of equipment
Be the on-site conduct for effective customer relations and support
Intra and interstate travel may be required
Ability to work unsupervised
Desirable:
Experience in the Rental Mining Construction or Heavy industries
Diesel engine and mechanical maintenance and repairs
