JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Central Pennsylvania Research and Teaching Laboratory for Biofuels (CPRTLB) is looking to hire part-time research assistants to assist with metabolic engineering of industrial hemp.
Job Duties
- Preparation of tissue culture media growth hormones and culture of explants under sterile conditions.
- Assist with DNA RNA and Protein isolation.
- Routine upkeep of the laboratory and Greehouse.
- Collect analyze data and involve in publishing papers as co- authors.
- Assist with working on cancer cell lines and engineering cannabinoid pathway genes in .
- Assist PI and Director of the laboratory with other duties as assigned.
