Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and professional Hotel Security Officers to join our team in Providence RI. This position involves maintaining a safe secure and welcoming environment for guests staff and property. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills good situational awareness and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine patrols of hotel grounds lobbies hallways and parking areas
Monitor entrances exits and surveillance systems to deter unwanted activity
Respond promptly to incidents alarms or disturbances
Write clear and accurate daily activity reports
Assist hotel staff and guests with safety concerns or emergencies
Enforce property policies and maintain order respectfully and professionally
Communicate effectively with supervisors hotel management and local law enforcement when necessary
Qualifications:
Prior security military or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be at least 18 years of age
Clean background check and professional references required
Ability to stand walk and patrol for extended periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Schedule & Pay:
Shifts vary based on hotel coverage needs (typically evening and overnight)
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and assignment
