Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) (Level 2 or 3) to support the E7 Program in Tukwila WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports preparation development and coordination of change management plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements
  • Participates in maintaining analyzing and producing metrics related to change management plans
  • Assists customers with risk assessment and development of mitigation or recovery plans
  • Gathers organizes and provides data to maintain status of change management plans to support program compliance requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in change management program planning project management integrated scheduling Industrial Engineering or Business Operations
  • Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Experience in using Integrated scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional Microsoft Project Enterprise Project Management Primavera or a similar tool

Travel: Some travel may be required

Summary pay range:

Associate - $73950 - $100050

Mid-Level - $93500 - $126500
