Pay: $22 - $23
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead the toddler classroom ensuring a safe warm and nurturing environment for each child.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage sensory exploration and early developmental growth.
- Partner with families to communicate daily routines milestones and progress updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain consistency and quality in care.
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety guidelines.
- ECE certification (required) for Toddler Teacher level in Massachusetts.
- At least 6 months of professional childcare experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
