Schedule: MondayFriday Full-Time
Pay: $17$20 per hour
- Step into different classrooms (Infant Toddler Preschool) as needed
- Lead and support classrooms in a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate way
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum across age groups
- Support early literacy math social skills creativity and problem-solving
- Maintain strong communication with families and team members
- Ensure compliance with Delaware licensing and center policies
- Support daily routines including transitions meals rest time and activities
- Partner with leadership and teaching teams to maintain high-quality programming
- TECE 1 & TECE 2 required (Delaware Early Care & Education)
- High school diploma or GED required; CDA or ECE coursework strongly preferred
- At least 6 months of classroom experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
