Lab Supervisor / Laboratory Supervisor

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise laboratory personnel and manage daily testing operations.
- Ensure compliance with CAP CLIA and hospital regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with pathologists clinicians and other clinical leaders.
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives and maintain regulatory readiness.
- Provide coaching training and professional development support to lab staff.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Clinical Laboratory license (required).
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an acute care laboratory setting.
- Bachelors degree required.
