POSITION OVERVIEW
TheHealthcare Services Sales Consultantis responsible for converting qualified business leads into active service clients.
Youll conduct consultative sales calls with healthcare administrators billing managers and executives to identify their operational challenges and match them with the appropriate service packages such asmedical billing prior authorization scheduling CARF consulting and clinical supervision support.
Your goal: build trust demonstrate value andclose service contractsthat align with client needs.
LOCATION: Remote Philippines

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer
WORK SCHEDULE: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)
CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Remote Independent Contractor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective healthcare organizations referred through EMS marketing funnel.
- Assess client pain points in operations billing compliance or accreditation readiness.
- Present tailored service solutions that align with the clients goals and budget.
- Prepare and deliver proposals agreements and pricing summaries.
- Manage leads and communications through the CRM system (log notes updates and follow-ups).
- Collaborate with EMS operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client setup post-sale.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly close targets.
- Maintain professionalism confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- 24 years in B2B sales or client enrollment (preferably in healthcare services billing or consulting).
- Prior experience selling to clinics medical offices or healthcare administrators is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English; strong presentation and negotiation ability.
- Understanding of healthcare operations or willingness to learn.
- Organized disciplined in CRM follow-up and reporting.
- Proven ability to close business remotely.
- Education:Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Requirements:
- Reliable laptop headset and internet connection.
- Availability duringU.S. Eastern Standard Time (8 AM5 PM EST).
- Comfortable working on U.S. holidays (no paid holiday benefit).
COMPENSATION & TERMS
- Base Pay: $7/hour ( 410/hour) approx. $1120/month (65000) based on 40 hours/week
- Commission: $75$150 per closed service agreement depending on service tier
- Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly bonuses for exceeding enrollment and revenue goals
- Benefits: Independent contractor role no paid holidays or leave; performance incentives and growth opportunities
- Payment: Biweekly USD payout through EMS international payroll (Deel)
