Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content.
- Create engaging eLearning modules tutorials videos and courseware for developersadministratorsand DevOps teams.
- Continuously improvecontent based on learner feedback and product updates.
- Contributeto the development of learning paths and certification programs.
- Staycurrent with trends in instructional design adult learning and technical education.
- You mayoccasionallybe asked to help deliver liveorrecorded training sessions workshops and webinars.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experiencedevelopingtrainingcontentideally fortechnical audiences
- Strong writingand editingskillsin English
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Experience with eLearning tools(preferred)
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree in Education Communication English or related field (preferred).
