Position: Senior Business Analyst

A successful candidate will actively participate on all phases of software development where product domain is Public Welfare in the capacity of a Business Analyst. Member will routinely engage with the on-shore team to solicit requirements and will exhibit sound Domain expertise and proactive problem solving to meet the business needs in a timely and cost-efficient way. The candidate will be a strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English able to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and with a wide range of IT and business counterparts. Member will thrive in a driven results-oriented environment geared towards continuous improvement and high client satisfaction
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Should have 4 Yrs. of experience in Business Analyst area.
As a Business Analyst need to interact with Product Owners to collect the product requirements
Refinement the user stories and keep ready the both product and sprint backlogs and Demo in overall sprint review
Good reading and writing in English language.
Documentation skills in English.
Contribute to product requirement analysis and testing.
Self-driven member.
Knowledge of computers with basic MS Office knowledge on MS Word Excel and PPT.
Facilitate information flow between subject matter experts and implementation teams
Collect process validate and document business requirements
Transform business requirements into functional requirements
Identify and resolve conflicting requirements
Prepare and execute functional test cases
Implement QA processes
Social Work and Welfare
Mandatory Skills:
Requirements gathering Grooming user stories creating user stories and Agile development and requirements.
Desired Skills: SQL
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Post Graduate MSW background Master in Social Work.
Thorough Understanding of Agile and scrum methodologies
Self-driven with great technical interests should be quick learner should have attention to Details.
Possess good communication skills and Client Interaction experience.
