Description
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join Crystal Ball a leading AI insights company. As a Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing hunting attracting and hiring top talent to drive our companys success. You will be involved in various recruitment projects collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and contribute to the growth of the organization. This position offers a great opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on the interview process status.
- Prepare job offers and negotiate salary packages with candidates.
- Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the company and attract talent.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Recooty and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
