Job Summary

Youll lead with initiative ensuring that clients always receive the best service and guiding your team to exceed expectations. - Serve as the main point of contact for potential clients managing lead intake via phone email and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date communication and deal with information in the CRM system.
- Conduct onsite consultations to assess potential projects and prepare design agreements for prospective clients.
- Lead design agreement meetings with potential clients guiding them through the quality process touring the design center and finalizing proposals.
- Build strong lasting client relationships ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact through project completion.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and clear communication.
- Stay informed on industry trends codes and materials to provide recommendations to clients.
- 3 years of sales experience ideally in remodeling construction real estate or design.
- Strong understanding of the home remodeling process and materials.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Professional team-oriented and passionate about creating quality client experiences.
- Proficient with CRM and lead tracking.
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications.
- Valid drivers license for onsite consultations and site visits.
