Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle a diverse book of business including contractors real estate manufacturing construction and related industries. This position is responsible for providing full-service account management from marketing and quoting to renewals and client support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a brokerage environment and a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages and markets. This is a fully remote position with the option to work from the office if preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business encompassing contractors real estate manufacturing construction and other commercial sectors.
- Provide full-service account management including quoting renewals marketing policy issuance and client servicing.
- Handle various lines of coverage such as Workers Compensation Property Builders Risk Commercial Auto Inland Marine Ocean Marine and Foreign Policies.
- Partner with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insurance solutions.
- Review policy terms conditions and coverage to ensure accuracy and adequacy for each clients needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within the EPIC agency management system.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines account management experience in a brokerage environment (senior-level preferred).
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Proficiency in EPIC agency management system.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier requirements.
- Excellent communication organizational and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a remote work environment.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $80K$100K (depending on experience and qualifications).
