Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Family Nurse Practitioner needed in Toledo OH.

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:30am 4:30pm)
- Providing primary care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with physician to address treatment concerns.
- Perform patient evaluations diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Prescribe/manage medications within APN scope; monitor response and safety.
- Respond effectively to clinical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate compliant documentation for all patient care.
- Collaborate with medical staff and participate in team meetings.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans.
- Stay current on clinical best practices and complete required CEUs.
Requirements
- Clear and active FNP license in the state of Ohio
- Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
- 3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner highly preferred
