Job Summary

RN / CVOR Ratios: 1:1 Years of experience REQ: 1 to 2 Years of Experience Experience Required - Circulate Heart Lung Thoracic and Vascular Procedures. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments as needed per unit. Weekend REQ: Yes Weekend Call is required. Certs REQ: ACLS BLS Skills REQ: Cardiovascular: Atrial Septic defect (adult) repair Coronary Artery Bypass Graft MAZE Procedure Mitral valve replacement TAVR (Transaortic Valve Replacement). Emergency management: Fire Safety. EQUIPMENT/ INSTRUMENTATION/SUPPLIES: Cell saver. Professional Knowledge and Skills: Administration of blood products Infection control Laser Safety Radiation Safety Specimen Handling/labeling Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure Wound Management.
