Assist Manager to prepare contract related reports as per contract requirement such as monthly acceptance report..
Attend internal/external meetings physically or via gMeet.
Assist monthly acceptance at customers sites
Assist monthly invoicing and payment collection.
Assist other job related duties assigned by the manager
Follow SOP for official letter or data file distribution and filing
Secondary Responsibilities -
Review General Procurement PR and POs content.
File PR/PO documents in G-drive.
Collaborate with other departments and gather information as needed.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Companys success reputation and sustainable growth.
