Description
We are looking for a proactive Calling Executive to join our team at NoBrokerHood. As a Calling Executive you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients and promoting our services. Your work will directly impact our business growth and customer acquisition efforts in the real estate industry. You will be involved in engaging with customers over the phone understanding their requirements and providing them with relevant information about our offerings. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce NoBrokerHoods services.
- Understand customer needs and provide information about the benefits of our products.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for interested customers.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and customer engagement.
- Adhere to scripts and communication guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport.
- Good listening skills to understand customer requirements.
- Basic computer skills to update customer information in the database.
- Must have 0.6 to 3.5 years Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
