Job Description

We are seeking a proactive positive result & customer-oriented Sr. Procurement Manager. Procurement focus on establishing sourcing platform which is flexible and scalable to cover LEGO demands. We emphasize building strong relations to our business partners and support them in achieving their priorities. The main focus is to stable supplier platform in full compliance with all LEGO requirements such as safety quality ethical manner and in the level competitive price. Our aim is to have strong stakeholder management. As we are global team we have to ensure that we work closely with our key stakeholders such as facility department operations IT HR code of conduct department finance and legal department.

Core responsibilities:

Source and implement scalable and flexible supplier platform while being in compliance

Manage supplier platform according to TLG purchasing strategy subcategory strategy TLG

Framework and business unit needs including contracting negotiations risk management and supplier performance

Provide active leadership and influencing among stakeholder finance and suppliers to drive companywide cost initiatives in the IM&S (Integrated management service) spends like Professional service in HR Finance IT etc. and Capex.

Drive local global stakeholder management and teams KPI Execution. Ability to influence the stakeholders and supply-base to drive the best outcome for LEGO.

Development and Execution of JIA sourcing plan and alignment with global direction

Drive Cost/Spend analysis and Tracking.

Supplier Relational Management.

Be responsible for local supplier management - contracting / negotiations and performance management

Actively share JIA best practices globally through global category forums

Drive strong collaboration with local stakeholders regional and or other site teams for any opportunities.

Responsible for local governance and compliance progress

Provide innovative solutions to the stakeholders to manage total cost

Contract and Code of Conduct (ethical code) management coverage on high level

Accomplish other tasks assigned by procurement director.

Do you have what it takes

15 years of experiences in Procurement or other relevant supply chain functions. At least 3 years in people leader position having strong team leadership skills.

Experiences related to indirect material or service procurement are preferred.

Knowledge about SAP management is highlypreferred.

The ideal candidates are preferred to have experiences in at least one of the categories below:

Construction project

Facility management

IT

Professional services

General purchasing such as consumables office supplies

Machine / Euipment and / or spare parts

Direct materials

Travel transportation

Others such as logistics distribution and / or warehouse equipment

The candidates shall have knowledge about tendering and compliance process and / or experienced working in such an environment under high ethic standard.
