The Position:

Compensation & Benefits:
- $150000 base salary
- Total earning potential of $190000 $200000 with productivity
- Full health vision and dental benefits

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Florida optometry license
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
- Prescribe corrective lenses medications and other treatments as appropriate
- Educate patients on eye health and preventive care
- Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent patient experiences
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives
