Job Summary
Sr. Supervisor Infusion Nursing
Accredo Specialty Pharmacy
Hybrid Role Work from Home & In-Office
What Youll Do:
Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in home and alternate care settings. Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence by:
Overseeing daily nursing operations and supervising RN staff.
Conducting skills assessments and supervisory visits.
Managing patient intake education and scheduling.
Monitoring documentation and compliance with treatment plans.
Identifying and recommending process improvements.
What Youll Need:
Active unencumbered RN license
5 years RN experience including 2 years in a supervisory role
1 year of in-hospital care (critical care preferred)
Home infusion or home healthcare experience strongly preferred
Strong IV insertion skills
Knowledge of public/private insurance and managed care
Experience with utilization management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple platforms
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
Ability to travel up to 10%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 81300 - 135500 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
