The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for 737 First-Line Manufacturing Operations Analyst Managers (Level K) to support the Line Side Control Center (LSCC) in Renton Washington.
The selected candidate will be a leader with the ability to partner cross-functionally with other organizations to quickly address production constraints. A successful manager will work to achieve team and program goals while prioritizing and continuously fostering a work environment that promotes accountability trust teamwork quality and safety.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience working in an aerospace fabrication or manufacturing environment
1 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
Strong communication collaboration and negotiation skills are required to succeed in this position as well as presentation and facilitation skills to work with cross-functional groups in establishing and achieving common goals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience with Boeing systems such as SAT CMES REDARS & Worklife
1 years of experience using lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools
Prior Production experience
Prior LSCC experience
Understanding of One BPS process and principles
