The Role

Were looking for a Dutch-speaking IAM Consultant based in the Netherlands with strong experience in Okta Identity Cloud. Youll lead client engagements design and implement IAM solutions and act as a trusted advisor bridging technical delivery and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design configure and deploy IAM solutions using Okta (Customer & Workforce Identity Cloud).
Advise clients on IAM strategy aligning Okta capabilities with business goals.
Translate technical concepts into clear actionable insights for stakeholders.
Manage agile delivery processes and ticketing workflows.
Conduct IAM maturity assessments and develop improvement plans.
Deliver client training and workshops.
Define IAM policies and standards to support compliance and security.
Integrate Okta with third-party IdPs enterprise apps and customer portals (B2B/B2C).

Skills & Experience

3 years implementing IAM solutions with hands-on Okta experience.
Proficient in Okta features: SSO Adaptive MFA API Access Management Lifecycle Management Universal Directory.
Skilled in authentication protocols (OIDC OAuth 2.0 SAML).
Experience with Okta Identity Engine Hooks Workflows SCIM provisioning and automation via API or Terraform.
Familiarity with other IAM tools (e.g. SailPoint CyberArk Workato) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and agile delivery experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent in Dutch and based in the Netherlands.

Certifications

Okta Certified Professional and Consultant required. Additional certifications (Architect Developer) are a plus.
