Work Schedule:
100% FTE 40 hours/week. 8 or 12-hour day/evening/night shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM 3:00 PM with rotating evening and weekends on-call. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Perfusionist to:
- Provide cardiopulmonary life support for high acuity surgical procedures utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass and ECMO.
- Support procedures outside the operating theater including the Cath lab Hybrid OR and Intensive Care Units.
- Assist in the design of institutional protocols and provide continuing education of staff and operating room personnel.
- Encourage and actively support the mission of the Cardiac Surgery ECMO and Mechanical Circulatory Assist programs.

- Bachelors Degree and graduate of Perfusion program Required
- Masters Degree in related field Preferred
- 3 years of post-training clinical experience providing CPB for adult cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) valve replacements and aortic aneurysm repairs Preferred
- Experience in providing CPB for cardiac transplantation ventricular assist device implantation and congenital pediatric procedures. Preferred
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) as recognized by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) within 12 months Required
- State of Wisconsin Licensure as a Licensed Perfusionist within 6 months Required
- CPR certification within 3 months Required
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) as recognized by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) Preferred
- State of Wisconsin Licensed Perfusionist Preferred
