Position Summary:
The Director of Critical Care will provide operational and clinical leadership for ICU services ensuring exceptional delivery of care in a high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for critical care operations
Collaborate with intensivists and interdisciplinary care teams
Oversee staffing budgeting and operational performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory and patient safety standards
Drive quality improvement and optimize clinical outcomes
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in critical care
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
