Position Overview:
The Corporate Director of Case Management will provide enterprise-level leadership and strategic oversight for case management operations across multiple hospital facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee case management programs across multiple hospitals.
- Develop and implement policies best practices and standardization strategies system-wide.
- Ensure alignment with payer regulations compliance standards and hospital objectives.
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize length of stay and resource utilization.
- Drive operational efficiency quality outcomes and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Florida or Compact state.
- Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience in case management.
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
- Strong expertise in utilization management discharge planning and care coordination.
