Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Infection Control Nursefor an exciting job in Steamboat Springs CO.
Responsibilities:
Develop implement and evaluate infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
Educate and train staff on infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
Monitor infection data and report findings to leadership.
Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Support residents and staffs well-being through proactive infection prevention measures.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (eligible for practice in Colorado).
Previous experience in infection control within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred.
Strong communication and training skills.
