How Youll Make an Impact

  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards aligned with global frameworks.
  • Oversee risk management activities and ensure timely audits and assessments.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain a governance framework for decision-making and accountability.
  • Collaborate with global IT and security teams to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs across the organization.
  • Define KPIs and deliver governance performance reports to leadership.
  • Support incident response planning and ensure governance integration.
    Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in computer science cybersecurity information technology or related field.
  • 6 years of cybersecurity-related experience.
  • 5 years of program management experience in governance or risk frameworks.
  • Experience in designing or managing cybersecurity governance frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001 SOC 2 IEC 62443) or related processes
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with globally dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Position may require up to 25% travel domestic and international.
  • Program Management Experience with background in Kanban Lean Six Sigma or comparable experience.
  • Extensive experience with risk management and accepted threat assessment protocols.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g. SIEM IAM encryption technologies endpoint protection) is a plus.
