Key Responsibilities:
Manage ventilator-dependent and critically ill neonates in the NICU.
Administer respiratory therapies and closely monitor patient status.
Collaborate with neonatologists NICU nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.
Respond to neonatal emergencies and assist with resuscitation efforts.
Ensure proper maintenance of respiratory equipment and adherence to infection control standards.
Qualifications:
Active Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license and NRP certification.
Minimum of 1 year of NICU respiratory therapy experience.
No employment gap exceeding 1 year.
