Position Overview:Seeking a Manager of Food and Nutritional Services to lead dietary operations with a focus on patient satisfaction safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all food service operations and staff supervision
Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and sanitation standards
Manage operational budgets inventory and service quality metrics
Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient nutritional requirements
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and process optimization

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 year of leadership experience in healthcare food services
CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification preferred
