The Position:
Our client is seeking a skilled General Ophthalmologist to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated provider looking for long-term stability strong earning potential and ownership opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $300000 $375000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Productivity bonus with total earning potential exceeding $600000

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Active or eligible Michigan medical license
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic evaluations and treatment
- Perform medical and surgical management of ocular conditions
- Conduct cataract and minor anterior segment surgeries
- Collaborate with optometrists and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients on eye health disease prevention and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in practice growth initiatives and community engagement activities
