Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join the Production Engineering Team based out of Renton Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design logistics and facilitation of organization and team-level meetings/events.
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g. budget information workforce levels training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Gathers and analyzes data to help drive team performance.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Develops management and executive level briefings.
  • Supports organizational leaders in implementing long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
  • Assists with the development planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with Senior Staff Analyst in evaluating organizational issues and identifying implementation recommendations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel word and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools.
  • 2 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 2 years of experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions.
  • 2 years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership.
  • 2 years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Summary pay range Associate $79050 - $106950

Summary pay range Mid-Level $100300 - $135700
