Description
As a Marketing Coordinator (Paid Media Strategy) at Elevate youll play a vital role on the Elevate team supporting the One Times Square property. This role focuses on supporting the implementation of effective media strategies through careful planning consumer research and performance measurement. Youll conduct research to support data-driven recommendations and present insights to key stakeholders. This position will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in support of creative development campaign deployment measurement and strategy. Ideal candidates are analytical detail-oriented professionals eager to learn and advance in the dynamic world of performance marketing and media planning.
One Times Square is a 26-story building located at the intersection of 42nd Street Seventh Avenue and Broadway in New York City. Slated to open in 2025 the building is undergoing a $500M dramatic transformation and is home to the world-famous New Years Eve Ball Drop celebration in addition to being one of the most valuable advertising locations in the world. The building is owned by Jamestown a design-focused vertically integrated real estate investment manager and service provider with over 40 years of experience and roughly $14B of assets under management globally.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote One Times Square ticketed experiences.
- Support the implementation of paid media strategies contributing to full-funnel marketing campaigns
- Help develop quarterly and annual media plans informed by consumer insights and research
- evaluate proposals for paid media campaigns and make informed recommendations to drive ticket sales for One Times Square experiences
- Utilize Elevates proprietary tool EPIC along with third party tools such as MRI Simmons SEMrush and Nielsen to gather insights and optimize campaigns
- Apply measurement methodologies to assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Stay current on industry trends platform updates and competitive landscapes to inform strategy recommendations
- Assist with budget tracking campaign pacing and performance reporting
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team to ensure integrated campaign delivery
- Support day-to-day marketing operations ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are executed executive on schedule and aligned with brand guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in media planning buying or related digital marketing roles
- Experience working at media agencies publishers or ad tech vendors preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital channels
- Familiarity with media research tools and consumer insights platforms
- Solid understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization techniques
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Travel Requirements: Limited but requires flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Position and Benefit Details:
- Anticipated Salary: $55-$75K (based on experience) bonus if eligible
