Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality affordable healthcare worldwide.This role is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive training programs that support internal teams and customers. The position involves creating course materials coordinating sessions and ensuring training content stays aligned with the latest technical and product updates. The specialist partners with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs design effective materials and deliver engaging accurate training sessions. Operating with limited supervision the role requires strong organization attention to detail and communication skills to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Design develop and coordinate product training programs for internal support personnel and customers.
- Prepare and maintain training materials course content and technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect feedback and update training content according to new requirements or product changes.
- Conduct training sessions and assists in the evaluation of learning outcomes to enhance technical knowledge and performance.
- Work as an individual contributor independently managing smaller-scale projects or related activities with limited supervision
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- One to two years of experience in training design instructional development or related field
- Knowledge in instructional design methods is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Portuguese is advantageous
