What Youll Do:
Lead motivate and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver seamless intuitive and gracious service at every guest interaction.
Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring consistency attention to detail and adherence to CUTs exacting fine dining standards.
Build strong guest relationships through personalized service anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
Train mentor and develop FOH staff fostering professional growth teamwork and a culture of excellence.
Manage scheduling labor budgets and operational workflows to optimize service efficiency while meeting financial goals.
Partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to drive operational performance and guest satisfaction.
Maintain the highest standards of compliance safety and professionalism across all FOH operations.
Represent CUTs brand on the floor with confidence warmth and authority ensuring every guest experience reflects our world-class standards.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager Floor Manager or comparable FOH leader in a high-end New York City restaurant (fine dining luxury hotel dining or similarly prestigious establishments preferred).
Exceptional knowledge of hospitality food wine and cocktail culture with a commanding yet approachable presence on the floor.
Strong leadership experience that inspires motivates and cultivates team performance.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
