We are seeking a highly motivated organized and professional individual to act as a Technical Specialist in our innovative sales this role you will help determine the build strategy and technical scope for new business opportunity demonstrations.

The Gig:

  • Partner with our strategic advisors and field sales representatives to scope and build our product demonstrations.
  • Bring Benefitsolver to life by personalizing the system build to specific clients needs.
    Review benefit guides RFP materials to bring out any unique and nuanced build items into demonstrations.
  • Join discovery sessions and lead conversations with internal partners to better understand their procedures challenges and needs of the prospects.
  • Participate in Product launches of new and exciting features and enhancements coming to Benefitsolver.
  • Responsible for ensuring system configuration is completed in accordance to opportunity needs.
  • Follow build process documentation and report any discrepancies in documentation.
  • Review and find any bugs and report them as needed and work with the Product team to get these squashed.
  • Review open tasks daily; prioritize work and escalate when appropriate.
  • Responsible for ensuring system configuration is completed in accordance to opportunity needs.
  • Complete self-QA on all system build work
  • Daily touch-base with necessary internal partners associated with current projects or tasks
  • Accurately maintain capacity and productivity measurements through utilization of task updates
  • Active participation in training sessions webinars and product reviews related to new system functionality and processes
  • Continuous learning and development focused on product technical and presentation skills.
  • Support of sales opportunity throughout the sales lifecycle.

What You NeedToMake The Cut:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3-5 Years of related professional experience in the benefits administration or technology industry
  • 3 Years of experience using Benefitsolver
  • Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities at the same time
  • Keen attention to detail - you must pay crazy attention to detail without going crazy
  • Be a creative thinker - the person who doesnt settle and always looks for a better way
  • You must be a resourceful and creative problem solver constructively working with team members to find solutions
  • Working knowledge of business processes system development and process improvements
  • Experience with and understanding of various technologies and platforms
  • Competitive nature ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a face paced and evolving environment. Can pivot on a dime.
  • Ability to strongly communicate deep technical information to audiences in a way that it is easily understood.
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Some travel required

The expected total compensation for this role with on-target earnings (OTE) is up to $132K per year with the ability to over-achieve on pay range for this position is 73K to 110K per year (pay to be determined by the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
