Job Summary

The Lead People and Culture Business Partner (Lead PCBP) serves as the people and culture leader for assigned client groups within the hospital organization providing both strategic and operational leadership. This role encompasses 1) executive-level coaching 2) proactive data analysis and 3) the planning influencing and execution of key policies and procedures. The Lead PCBP partners closely with senior leadership and people managers to implement HR strategies focused on talent management organizational effectiveness workforce planning change management and employee engagement.


Additionally the Lead PCBP leads org-wide projects related to talent management performance management workforce strategy organizational development and other key areas within People & Culture. Acting as a lead consultant to executive business leaders the Lead PCBP anticipates organizational needs and advises this capacity they also consult coach and mentor their PCBP team assist with developing operational standards and programs maintain schedules and lead daily or recurring team activities.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management Business or related field or equivalent least ten (10) years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related discipline with a focus on strategic HR Business least two (2) years of experience in a senior or lead HRBP role influencing decisions at the executive track record of developing and executing HR strategies (in areas like talent management workforce planning organizational development and employee success collaborating across diverse teams fostering inclusive outcomes and a strong commitment to DEI and anti-racist working in a large complex healthcare organization growing research operation or other complex highly matrixed organization.

Preferred
Masters Degree in Human Resource Management Business or related knowledge of employment laws and regulations with expertise in risk management and compliance across multiple SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certificationExperience with Workday

Compensation Range

$129992.00 - $194988.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
