What you will be doing

You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of a Solution Architect secure communications and IoT solutions (m/f/d) and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Intensive shadowing activities with experts within our team to understand the different roles and responsibilities linked with Telecommunications including business training on SAF2 Tetra Sys and 5G/mobile communications security

• Rotations working with our French and Finnish teams to understand the end to end processes for our complex business lines

• Be involved with the legal bidding quality and finance aspects of the Telecommunications Solutions Management process

• Deep learning and understanding of our product line work aligning with the multiple regions that we work with and driving commitment requests.

At the end of the 2 year development programme you will have developed into the position of Solution Architect secure communications and IoT solutions (m/f/d)

What we look for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme you will need to demonstrate you have:

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent in the field of electrical engineering (telecommunications engineering) or information science (focus on telecommunications)

• An understanding of 4G/5G

• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) as well as in German

• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation

• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
