Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of air conditioning units and parts to our valued customers homes as well as picking up necessary items from supply houses. This role is crucial to ensuring our high standards of customer service are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver air conditioning units and parts to customer locations within the designated service areas.
Pick up necessary items from supply houses as required.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and supply house personnel at all times.
Verify the accuracy of delivery and pick-up orders before departure.
Ensure proper handling and secure transportation of all items.
Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding delivery status and any customer or supplier concerns.
Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in delivery or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment.
