We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our growing window and door distribution company. A confident and outgoing individual who is self-disciplined and thrives on a challenge is the perfect candidate. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships with contractors designers architects and other professionals in the residential construction/remodeling industry and the light commercial industry.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new client accounts for company through cold calls working potential customer lists that include architects trade organizations contractors and subcontractors.
- Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers
- Consultation with customers providing solutions for their projects.
- Capture new business through networking referrals and face-to-face meetings
- Continually strive for 100% satisfaction with clients
- Prepare estimates for specific projects provide product recommendations and solutions for the customer.
- Responsible for all sales merchandising technical information customer product knowledge and evaluating the areas market needs and business conditions in your territory.
- Manage customer account receivables
- Attend monthly sales meeting
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal communication written sales and Customer Service skills are necessary
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Superior time-management and organization skills
- Positive team-oriented attitude
- Previous building material sales experience (not required)
- Knowledge of building materials products highly desirable
- Ability to operate computer equipment and applicable programs is required
- Drug Free (will be tested)
- Pre-employment background check
