ð HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (TuesThurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

ð¼ A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding technical candidates across various roles.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media networking and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements develop effective recruitment strategies and set clear expectations for the hiring process.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and talent acquisition best practices to attract top talent.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Accountability on recruitment metrics including time-to-fill candidate pipeline status and sourcing effectiveness.

ð WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition with strong knowledge of headhunting
  • Must be located in Vancouver BC or Toronto ON
  • Experience with technical recruitment -an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels within organization
  • Strong attention to detail organizational skills and a natural sense of urgency with a solution driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong sense of urgency highly self-driven and solution-oriented
