Under the general direction of the Director for Employee Engagement & Experience the HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for managers and staff providing guidance on employee relations policies and day to day HR matters while ensuring a smooth compliant and people-centered HR experience.

This is a forward-facing position requiring extensive outreach both internally and externally. As such hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements may be available for one day per week for employees based in NY MA CT or VT; subject to review and revision as policy evolves.
Application review will begin on November 28 2025 and will continue until the position is filled. Pay range is from $65000 to $75000 annually commensurate with experience.
