How youll contribute
As a Assistant Contract Administrator youll play a key role in supporting our construction teams. Youll help keep projects organized and running smoothly by managing contracts documentation and communication between project teams subcontractors and suppliers. This role is perfect for someone with 23 years of administrative experience whos ready to grow within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support departments with contract and document preparation.
  • Review track and organize project contracts subcontracts and compliance documents.
  • Maintain digital project files insurance certificates and lien waivers.
  • Enter and update project information across multiple systems.
  • Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to collect required documents and signatures.
  • Assist with change orders purchase orders and other project-related documents.
  • Coordinate document flow between internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure timely accurate project execution.
What youll bring
  • 23 years of administrative experience preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
  • Strong attention to detail organization and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Eagerness to learn construction processes and grow within the company.
  • High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in contract administration. Construction industry experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
