Director of Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Florida (Multiple Locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time Acute Care Hospital

Position Overview:
The Director of Cardiac Cath Lab will oversee the strategic operational and clinical performance of cardiovascular invasive services ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations staffing and performance in the cardiac cath lab
Ensure adherence to safety infection prevention and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cardiologists nursing leadership and executive leadership
Drive improvements in quality metrics efficiency and patient throughput
Manage budgeting resource allocation and operational planning
Qualifications:
Active RN license or strong cardiovascular specialty background
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a cath lab within acute care
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree strongly preferred
