Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead daily operations and clinical performance within the cardiovascular catheterization lab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations including staff scheduling workflow and resource alignment
- Ensure full compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and cardiovascular services leadership
- Monitor and analyze key quality metrics and drive process improvements
- Oversee departmental budgeting staffing and resource allocation
Qualifications:
- Active Florida RN license or allied health credential with demonstrated leadership experience
- Minimum 1 years of cath lab leadership experience in an acute care environment
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
