Janitorial Staff

About Us: CAO Group located in West Jordan Utah is a leading tech innovator and manufacturer in medical dental lighting forensic and veterinary fields.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Staff to join our team and ensure the operational integrity and pristine appearance of our facilities.

As the Janitorial Staff you will be the cornerstone of our facilitys operational success. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of our entire facility ensuring all operations run smoothly safely and efficiently the job not limited to following functions:

• Clean and Sanitize: Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping vacuuming and trash removal in offices lobbies hallways and breakrooms.

• Restroom Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all restroom facilities ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies (soap toilet paper paper towels).

• Floor Care: Operate floor cleaning equipment (e.g. buffers scrubbers) as needed and perform light maintenance such as waxing and polishing floors.

• Surface Cleaning: Dust wipe down and polish furniture fixtures windows and glass partitions.

• Supply Management: Monitor and replenish janitorial supplies; report low inventory to Facility Manager.

• Light Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing filters in the roof top HVAC unit light bulbs or reporting any major repair needs to the Facility Manager immediately.

• Regular Facility Maintenance: Perform regular facility maintenance and liaison with outsider contractors for key facility equipment.

• Safety & Security: Ensure all doors and windows are secured at the end of the shift; adhere to all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience as a Janitor Custodian or in a similar role is a plus but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.

• Ability to handle basic maintenance tools and cleaning equipment.

• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures chemicals and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

• Reliable punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

• Ability to stand walk lift and bend for extended periods.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
