PACE is a nationally recognized program that helps seniors live safely and independently in their homes and communities while receiving comprehensive coordinated care. Through an interdisciplinary team approach PACE provides medical services social support therapy home care and more all tailored to the unique needs of each participant.

• Registered Dietician (70000- 85000)

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) / Social Workers (MSW BSW) (70000 - 80000)
• Speech-Language Pathologists ()
• Transportation Coordinator (50000 - 65000)
• Paratransit Drivers (20 - 24/hour)
• Home Care Coordinator ()
• Personal Care Aides (18.00/hour - 25.00/hour)
• Activities Coordinator (45000 - 55000)
