We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Accounting Functions. This role will cross-functionally with key stakeholders lead critical aspects of the month-end and quarter-end close processes and drive improvements in accounting operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls..

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring compliance with established accounting methods and policies.
- Monitor cash flow and manage revenue and expenditure variance analysis across departments.
- Handle payroll and utilities accruals while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure proper management and tracking of fixed assets including depreciation and reporting.
- Review and approve journal entries to ensure correctness and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial statement audits.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field is required. Some employers may prefer or require a masters degree.
- Certifications: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is highly preferred.
- Experience: Five or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial.
- Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and financial analysis.
- Thorough understanding of GAAP financial laws and regulations.

Pay Range
USD $120000.00 - USD $160000.00 /Yr.
